Fairway Golf Driving Range
Update — as of August 2011, the golf driving range in Pease Pottage appears to have closed down.
As well as a flood-lit driving range with 24 covered bays, the Fairway Golf Driving Range contains
- a short 9 hole golf course (open in April 2010)
- a professional’s shop
- a restaurant
- and a coffee shop.
The driving range is also home to the Right-Sided Golf Academy, which offers full- and half-day lessons to improve golf swings.
Opening Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Prices
- 50 balls: £3
- 100 balls: £5
- From Mondays to Fridays up to 1pm, 100 balls cost £3.80
Location and Directions
From the A23 or junction 11 of the M23, follow the signs into the village. The driving range is a couple of hundred yards past the Black Swan pub, on the right-hand side of the road:
More Golf in Pease Pottage
Pease Pottage also contains Cottesmore Golf and Country Club. Half a mile or so along the road to Colgate, Cottesmore Golf Club has two 18-hole courses, and is open to non-members.
